Professional Visual Artist |
When I first began creating art, I was obsessed with perfecting my craft. It took years for me to realize that my art didn't begin and end on the canvas. Gradually the process of painting revealed to me that the creative powers each of us posses as human beings give us the gift to create our lives, for better or for worse. Ultimately, I learned that my life is my work of art. With that lesson in mind, I stopped working so hard! Balance and beauty are my mantras. I love spending my Hallway, Project: Acosta, Interiortime with family and friends, sharing experiences. When I take the time to enjoy even the most simple meal or interrupt my busy day for an hour or two of activity with a loved one, life seems to flow with much more ease and beauty. I'veC_Dancing_Portrait.jpg discovered that my artistry imbues all parts of my life. From decorating my home with much more intention and care to some fun recipes I've developed, my life is my art! I've included some of my favorite things to share with you. If you have an uplifting and inspiring experience you'd like to share, I'd love to hear from you.
